Vacuums Central ships via UPS. Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. Unless otherwise stated, shipping will be added based on the current shipping rate table and varies depending on the item(s), the destination of the order and the method selected.
The total shipping (and tax in Texas) will be shown on the order after you enter the ship-to information and select your method of shipping but before entering any billing information.
Restocking fees apply on all returns except defective mdse.
We offer a 3 day money back guarantee on all purchases. Restrictions apply. On all vacuums, you have 3 days to return the item for either exchange or refund. We do require that you simply ship it back to us with the product in like new and acceptable condition. Damage to the merchandise due to abuse is unacceptable. We do understand that there may be wear and tear on the shipping box which is not a factor.
Shipping Damage or Defective Merchandise
If you receive an item that was damaged in shipping you will need to retain the original carton for inspection by ups and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage intransit. We will insure item for the purchase price. All itmes carry a $100 minimum insurance amount. Manufacturers defects are responsibility of the manufacturer. Warranty service can be obtained at any authorized location, Notify us immediately for assistance.
No refunds for items ordered in error. We will try to assist if contacted immediately.There is a nominal 20% restocking fee. Accessory products such as bags, belts, filters, cannot be returned if opened. Credits will be performed within 30 days after returned items are received and inspected and restocking fees apply.
